Methodology - Implementation Phase

The Implementation Phase addresses the “how” as to the end-state transition.

Testing, piloting and then delivery are the main activities of this phase. Communication messages, learning modules, a style guide, reports, and solutions. will all be delivered to their respective audiences during this phase. Testing of modules and solutions are crucial during this phase to ensure that results are high quality prior to releasing them into production and the various audiences.

Each step in the illustration defines the areas of focus that will be developed during the Implementation Phase, how/what is involved in addressing the areas of focus, and the expected outcome of the completed area of focus. The timeline for these areas are not necessarily sequential in order as some activities may be worked on concurrently.
